Hi Chris,

I'm using CCM 6.0 I can't find this paramenter.

I have just found how to change the time a phone rings before forwarding the call but this is not what I need.

My phones ring during about 60 seconds before ending the call. I would like to reduce it to 30 seconds. (for all the phones)

I thought that this should be done with T.3XX parameters, but I don't know exactly which should I use. Is it T310?

Thanks!

Jordi!

Hi,

I would like to end any incoming call to my IPT system after 30 seconds if nobody answers it.

I mean One phone starts ringing and if nobody answers it I would like to end this call after 30 seconds. Now it takes around 60 seconds and our customer says that is too much.

I'm working with CCM 6.0.

Any one knows which timer should I change?

Thanks!

Any help will be appreciated.
