The best way to combat this is to configure multiple calls on a single
line instead of forwarding calls to a second physical line button. This
will show the call information.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Viewing callerID of second line while on active
1stline call.
I know you can press the "i" or"?" button followed by the line button in
order to see an incoming call's callerID but is there a way to have this
automatically happen? I have users who don't like the fact that when
they're on an active call on their first line, they can't see the
callerID of a call coming in on their second line. They don't want to
have to hit any keys on the phone in order to see it.
Thanks.
