[cisco-voip] 7912 registration issue

hi,

one of our client is running 7912 ip phones with CCM 4.2(3). Untill today those phones were working fine, but now they refuse to register with CCM. the ios dhcp show different ip and call manager show different ip.  i have check the reachability from ccm to ip phone gateway and its ok. another thing is that i',m also unable to ping the ip address that is shown by the sh ip dhcp binding command, but the the gateway can ping thos ip phones alloted ip-addresses.

need advice.
