[cisco-voip] Unity 5.0 Installation

In the earlier versions of Unity Connection, there was a commandline switch
you could use on the unity setup program for setting up lab-environment
installations without the platform disc, I believe it was /nopcd

Don't know if that was incorporated into Unity 5.0 or not. Also as far as I
know this is entirely unsupported by TAC, so if you setup a system like that
and put it in production they could ask you to reinstall the system with the
platform disc before they will support it.
