[cisco-voip] Customizing the directory menu on the 7970

I don't know what the answer is, but there has to be a way for Cisco to get
feedback from their clients with respect to new features like this _before_
they are released. Granted, you may get a split of 50% down the middle, and
in those cases well, heck who knows.
I also know that you are in a rush to get these features out, but there
should be some thought to making these features configurable from the device
pool/phone, etc.
So those are my two suggestions: get feedback and make them configurable.
Anyone listening who can take this forward? ;)
