Yup, can then see them on CCM as unregistered and then back to
registered.
ANd can also see the phone resetting.

Assuming EM, when the user logs into the phone does the phone reset?

yes, the phone resets

When you look at the device in CCM, does it show that user logged in?

yup, shows that as well
