When I upgraded my 4.0.4 Unity to 5.0.1 in the lab, the D:\commserver
size increased to 2.5 GB from 720 MB, so I don't think you'll need 72 GB
disks. You'll need to upgrade memory to 2 GB. I'm assuming you have 4x36
GB HD (2xRAID1)?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity 5.0

So I'm getting ready to upgrade my Unity 4.0 to 5.0 and I'm reading
through the docs and find that my 7835h 3000 is not a supported
platform. but the h1 is.

The only differences are a 3.0 to 3.4 Ghz processor, 512mb to 2 gigs
of ram and 36 gig to 72 gig hard drives.

I can't imagine 3 to 3.4 ghz processor is going to be a big deal for
UM. Ram I can see being an issue and can easily upgrade that.
Question I have for anyone that has 5.0 installed is how much disk
space is unity 5.0 UM exchange off box really taking up? do I need up
get new Hard drives or not?

I'm guessing it's not going to be Tac Supported but of the Unified
applications Unity would be the most flexible.
