No complaints at all on the audio quality, sounds just as good as using
the handset.

Scott, do you have any further info on those new dongles? That'd be
extremely useful for us...

I will agree... the GNnetcoms have done well by us.  And Jabra has a
new dongle for the new 4th gen phones that makes the lifter obsolete.
and it's only $40.  Got the info at CIPTUG.

How's the audio quality?  I tried a GN 9120 and was extremely
disappointed at the quality, enough so that I switched back to a wired
headset.
