[cisco-voip] User "electrocuted" by phone

Could be a sudden need for cash.


.... Maybe static electricity?  Is the room carpeted?  Very low humidity?

I just had a user claim they received an electric shock from the phone.  I 
think a couple years back at CIPTUG I heard some people claim this.  Can 
anyone shed some light on what might cause this?
