[cisco-voip] Error when forwarding voicemail from e-mail

You can't forward/reply to messages through UC using IMAP (only TUI and 
PCA). If you need this functionality, other than switching to regular 
Unity, your only option would be to configure the user's email client to 
use your own SMTP server for outgoing messages rather than UC. Note that 
you'd then need to address messages to the recipient's regular email 
address and that they wouldn't receive it in their voicemail box.
