You should be covered with the Advanced user license for IMAP, Inbox, and TTS
UNITYCN2-ADV-USR: One Unity Cxn Advanced Option - IMAP, Inbox, ASR, and TTS
Just a plain old additonal VM boxed should be covered by
UNITYCN2-VM-10PK= Unity Connection user mailboxes, 10 pack
You've probably already seen this but this helped me out a few weeks back
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6509/prod_eol_notice0900aecd806c3d64.html
Keep in mind that with the part below you get the 10 free IMAP, Inbox and TTS
UNCN2-200USR-K9= Unity Connection, 200 users, 16 ports, 10 free ADV seats
Can't help you with the Phone View peice though.
