[cisco-voip] Attendant Console and Cisco Agent Desktop on thesamePC, controlling the same phone

Awhile ago, a client had done this and both worked fine together but
now and then they had strange issues and had to restart the
applications, sometimes the PC. At the time (this was 2-3 yrs ago)
Cisco TAC advised not to use both at the same PC as it wasn't a tested
configuration, etc.  I can see where it may cause problems if you have
multiple applications trying to control the same device.
