I think that it really depends on the quality of your account team. I
worked for a large Bank and our main IPT SE was really sharp and kept
us up on all the latest products and tried to get them to us to play
with as soon as he could get his hands on them. Of course because he
refused to play the political kiss ass game they yanked him off the
account and now everyone is back in the dark. On the other hand now
that I'm back with a partner our account team is a bunch of buffoons
when it comes to UC and I'm stuck doing research for them.
