[cisco-voip] Downgrade CallManager 4.3 to 4.2

We have a customer that wanted 4.3, now they want 6.0... Since they
don't want to wait for 6.1 to come out (assuming it still supports an
upgrade from 4.3), Cisco has advised us to downgrade the 4.3 box to
4.2 and then upgrade to 6.0
I think this plan is impossible... how would you do it, even if you
could? 4.2 is on Win2k, 4.3 is on Win2k3...
