[cisco-voip] needing help about a bri port configuration with a blue gate isdn

Hello,
 
when i try to make a call trough the bri gateway it always give me like theres no line, and when i try to receive it rings but i cant receive the call, neither talk, it seems like the signaling its not being passed.
 
Any ideias, any help would be extremely appreciated,
