[cisco-voip] Downgrade CallManager 4.3 to 4.2

If Cisco advised this then perhaps they can advise you HOW THE HELL
YOU DO THAT? I just went through this for about a 400 phone deployment
last month. Exported all the phones and then re-bated them into CM6 on
a new dialplan. Good news was it was on all new hardware so we could
do it offline and then did a flash cut. The worst part was recreating
all the bat profiles but overall it wasn't to bad. It was actually a
win win because they were in desperate needs of having their
configuration overhauled, for this particular customer i probably
would have gone this route even if the upgrade was possible.
Disclaimer: Customer required Single Number Reach and could not wait
for CM6.1 either.
