[cisco-voip] Call Manager 4.3 on VMWare

It looks like the traditional methods of installing Call Manager in
vmware and have it pass the OS Upgrade test doesn't work.  I've looked
on the internet for anything. I have the OS Install / Hardware detection
DVD image. I don't see any way to fool the install process. I see some
"*.img" files and they don't seem to be of much help.

 

Any ideas?
