[cisco-voip] ARC Express Attendant Console

I deployed it to a few customers earlier this year and it was not very
well received. The users did not like the interface very much. It
was fairly buggy and support wasn't bad but every time I called I
spoke to the same person which made me think it was a small operation.

Other things that bothered me were the fact that changes on the CME
(new users, name changes) were not automatically updated on the arc
console. You had to rerun setup to read the changes in. Also, the
software did not show DND or call forward status of the lines in the
system so it really didn't provide much functionality over sidecars.

I haven't seen the product in a few months so some of my complaints
may have been addressed.
