JTAPI Client:
Version 3.1(1.4) 

I get the following error message while trying to create a JTAPI Trigger.

"Could not create CTI Route Point and corresponding Line on CallManager" 

JTAPI Client Version is in sync with UCM: 3.1(1.4) 

Funny enough this worked previously on the same MCS Hardware and Software
Versions. I had to use the MCS servers for testing something else and did a
fresh clean install of both UCM and UCCX and now I get this error message.
This is an absolutely brand new install and no fancy configuration on the
UCM. Just some IP Phones auto registered.
