[cisco-voip] Call Manager 4.3 on VMWare

Build up the OS on an MCS and use the Vmware image capturing tool. Bit
more stuffing around but gives u the MCS OS to start with.

The problem is that this is more than just a reg-hacked version of
Windows... a bunch of stuff is changed to get CCM to work...

I would try copying the registry files from a working ccm 4.3 box on a
normal install of win2k3...
