It looks to me that you have 50 Device License UNITS, not 50 phone
licenses. Each phone type uses a certain number of device license units.
With the numbers you show it seems that you want to attach third party
advanced SIP phones which cost you 6 device license units each.
You will have to buy more device license units if you want to connect all
phones.
The 50 device license units have been added by Cisco to allow a little
testing but not to deploy a network.

I have a problem with DLUs on CUCM-BE.
We got 50 Phone License Feature and i used it on 15 phones.
After uploading Callmanager device license- 10 units on Phone License
Feature i have:
Units Authorized- 10
Units Used- 50
Units Remaining- -40
and can't add anymore phones
???
