[cisco-voip] 7971 touchscreen failures

I have three 7971 phones that intermittently have problems with the
touchscreens. Sometimes the touchscreen works fine but then other times when
you touch it nothing happens. I could find any bugs. CallManager version is
6.0(1). Any ideas?
