[cisco-voip] Mask an internal number

create a "hide my number" partition.
create a XXXXX translation that masks calling party name/number, assign the translation the same calling search space you would give that person normally.
create a new "hide my number" CSS and include above partition and assign to user.

voila.

not very scalable if you have quite few classes of service that differ from person to person who need this feature since you have to create a "hide my number" partition/css for each original class of service.
