[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity Express problem

Where are you trying to enter this command? On the router?

You need to session over to the CUE module...

Do this:

service-module service-engine [int number of cue] session

Do a show run on the router to find out where it is... (look for the
above service-engine)

Then, once you session to it, your prompt will change, then type
enable... the password is blank.

Then try the command.
