[cisco-voip] IPCC Agent Desk Top Issue.

We have IPCC express 3.1. Our agents are reporting being kicked of the
desktop Softerware while on the call. However, when log back in, they would
find out the call is still active. Anyone experienced the same problems
before? Thank you.
