[cisco-voip] Help with CDR report using Crystal Reports

We upgraded a couple months ago to CCM 5.1 from v.4.3. We contracted
with Coleman Technologies to do this upgrade for us. Everything went
smoothly until I tried to run some of my customized reports written in
Crystal Reports (v.8). I knew the database changed (after all, it's a
different version, on new hardware and running on a different OS), but I
can't get anyone to tell me how to get my link back in CR for the CDR
database. I'm not the CCM admin or anything, and I don't want/need to
do that (we have someone who handles this responsibility). I simply
want to know how to get a connection (drive mapping in Windows, ODBC,
etc.) in CR for the call detail records on the new CCM server! Coleman
Technologies and Cisco TAC simply sent me a link to read about API's and
stuff, but I'm not a partner or developer - I just want my simple (but
useful) reports to work again. I would like to have the easiest, most
straight-forward way (hopefully 1 or 2 lines/commands) to get my link to
the database and rebuild my reports.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
