[cisco-voip] Mobile connect - Only the remote destination device (cell phone) rings

I have mobile connect set up for about 8 users. Direct inbound calls to the
personal line on their IP phones should also ring their cells phones. In my
case, it only rings their cell phones and not the IP phone. Any ideas?
