[cisco-voip] CUE 3.1.1

Cisco TAC said that the voice mails intermittently are lost or not save to 
CUE  has been referred to a defect CSCsk73870 that you can check via our Bug 
Toolkit:

The issue has been observed on CUE version 3.0.1 for different types of 
implementations
and the workaround suggested is to upgrade to version 3.1.1.

Scenario: only one user can not get one or two voice mail in his mail box 
per week. The caller said they left message, and the call log shows a 
message was sent to the mail box but nothing there.  Just upgraded to 3.1.1 
from 3.0.1 tonight.
