[cisco-voip] Polycom VSX 7000

a) load SCCP code on it, polycom makes it available
b) run it as a standard H.323 phone, if I recall the polycom's have the 
ability to run in H.323 mode but be pointed to the callmanager for call 
resolution (instead of having to use a gatekeeper)
