I never got this working either, Wes could you provide some more details on those bug id's as they only available to Cisco employees on CCO.

    I'm trying to configure alert email sending with this tool but it is not working.

    In RTMT, Tools-Alert-Config Mail Server. There I put the IP address of the SMTP server I want to use, and the port.

    In Tools-Alert-Config Alert Action, in Default added email recipients.

 

    I have no activity in the SMTP server form any of the call managers.
