[cisco-voip] Error Message in Attendant Console.

Typically this is happens when the phone is not hung up properly and it
errors out.

Has anyone come across the following error message in Attendant Console:

 

"Failed To Make A New Call"

 

I receive this message if a call isn't answered by the receptionist.
