[cisco-voip] MIBs for monitoring PRIs

Does anyone know of any MIBs a Cisco router has to monitor the activity of a PRI?  I am trying to use CDR to get some information and I know one of my PRIs was being overrun with calls yesterday from 1pm to 3pm but when I do a utilization report in CDR it says it was only 19 percent utilized during those times?

Anyone have any other way to collect this information?
