[cisco-voip] Unity upgrade license

If you have UCSS then you can order the upgrade online and they will send
you the PAK and Software. The PAK basically just allows you to use your
Unity 4.x .lic files with the 5.x server. If you don;t go this route I'm not
sure if licensing will provide the upgrade .lic file?
