Show isdn status and look for the layer 1 state as active and layer 2 state
as Mulitple frame established

You can run a debug isdn q921 to see if sapi messages in both directions:

            Oct  5 06:33:56: ISDN Se1/0/0:23 Q921: User TX -> RRp sapi=0
tei=0 nr=60

Oct  5 06:33:56: ISDN Se1/0/0:23 Q921: User RX <- RRf sapi=0 tei=0 nr=15

Oct  5 06:34:02: ISDN Se1/0/1:23 Q921: User TX -> RRp sapi=0 tei=0 nr=0

Oct  5 06:34:02: ISDN Se1/0/1:23 Q921: User RX <- RRf sapi=0 tei=0 nr=0

Would someone please let me know how to check the PRIs after a power outage
to see if they are enabled or disabled? Is the gateway registering to the
Call Manager a good thing to look at? Our power will be off for about 12
hours this Saturday and I have notified the carrier, but I need to be sure
there is nothing wrong on our end if the phones can't dial and I also need
to know how to re-enable from our end. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you!
