[cisco-voip] upgrade Exchange in a Unity enviroment

I will be upgrading Unity from 4.0.5 to 5.x in the next couple months.

is there any problem if the server guys bring up a new exchange 2007 before
hand so long as the UM subscribers are not on the exchange 2007 box? or does
that screw up everything due to schema, etc.

If I'm running two exchange 2003 servers and add a 2007 I just don't want it
to bring everything else down as far as UM is considered.
