[cisco-voip] CCME CNFA timeout reset bug

Has anyone else experienced a CCME bug where the CNFA
timer is automatically reset to 10s? I have had this
happen even with ephone-dn-templates applied! This is
very irritating and I'd like to know if I'm the only
one who has had this happen.
