I think one person must start the meet-me conference by picking up the phone, and selecting the meet-me soft-button and then entering 4099
   
  After that, other people can join in by calling the 4099 number

  I need to setup a conference call.  We will have 5 or 6 people calling in from outside.
So I decided maybe MeetMe was the best way.  I setup some MeetMe numbers.  One is 4099.
But when someone dials in from the outside they get "I don't recognize that as a valid extension". 
Am I misusing MeetMe??
