[cisco-voip] Blackbox JPMT152A with VG224

I must have the wrong part number from Blackbox, I'm trying to connect a
VG224 to a 24-port (25-Pair Telco Amphenol) patch panel without punching
anything down, just plug and play.

 

The part number I bought was the JPMT152A which has 4 25-Pair Telco
connections, why the 3 extra Amphenol connectors on this part?

 

Anyone know a correct part number/vendor for a 25-Pair Amphenol 24-Port
Patch Panel from Blackbox? I'm hoping someone can suggest something they
used to avoid mis-ordering again.
