[cisco-voip] CME as SRST questions

Since CCME as SRST has been available since 4.0, I
have read through the documentation and I have several
questions.

If CME is being used as SRST, is it a required
double-whammy where a phone license must be purchased
for use under CCM *AND* CCME? [my guess would be yes]

How in the heck do you configure the DHCP pool when
using this configuration? Under CCME, you point the
option 150 line to be the router itself, under CCM, we
point it to the external TFTP server which may or may
not be one of the CCM boxes.

Lastly, if anyone has tried this out...how well does
it work?
