[cisco-voip] IPCC Extension

So I just had to rebuild my publisher (5.1) and I am trying to setup my
IPCC agents again.. but I am not showing an option in the End User,
Extension associations that will allow me to specify the extension for
the IPCC.  I seem to remember reading that there is a sequel statement
you can run on the Call manager that enables you to setup extensions to
IPCC.  Anyone help?  Thanks.
