[cisco-voip] CUPS 1.3 with UCM 6.01 no users show up on CUPS server.

I am trying to get CUPS to work for the first time. I have the server up and
running but I can't import any users. I have assigned the capabilities to
the users in Call Manager and CUPS sees the phones but does not see any of
my users. I have restarted the SYNC agent several times. Does anyone have
any experience with this product?
