[cisco-voip] 7970 logo turned to Black and White after using BLFs

I doesn't actually turn black and white... what happens is it puts a line
across the screen next to each active button that has a translucent
background the image behind. Once you have used all your lines the entire
phone desktop background has that washed out appearance.
