RDP settings (as I understand it, and I could be wrong):

CSS - used for routing 'inbound' calls placed from PSTN via mobile voice access
Rerouting CSS - used for routing 'outbound' calls via mobile connnect

This is tricky, b/c the RDP CSS is used for routing inbound calls via
mobile voice access - not the physical gateway CSS.  IT is kinda cool
b/c if you call in via your cell through MVA and you call someone
on-net, it is supposed to look to them like you are calling from
on-net/your deskphone.

I haven't yet testing MVA with CM6 though.
