Justin,
He initially specified to go to 5.1.3. I then asked if going to v6.0.1a
was fine and he said yes.

Did TAC give you specific reason's for pushing you to 6.0? Did you
ask whether you should upgrade to 5.1.3 or 6? Or did TAC proactively
recommend 6.0?
I'm in the process of making a similar decision...
