When you rebuilt your subscriber, did you first delete it or deactivate it? Doing this removes all reference to the subscriber, including callmanager groups and even deletes call park groups. It also resets all enterprise and system parameters to default. It's not a fun process, that's for sure.

I just went in and looked at that and my subscriber is not showing up as an available server in the Call Manager Group. Any ideas? It appears to have replicated correctly, and I was able to use it to modify a Directory Number.

I rebuilt my subscriber box last night, it seemed to go well. I was wondering how long it should take for the phones to register with the Subscriber rather than the pub. As of this morning, they are still registered with the pub. Thanks!
