[cisco-voip] call manager express blocking outbound caller ID

Does anyone know how to enable selective caller id blocking on call
manager express ver 4-2
 
I tried adding the caller-id blocking code under telehony service and
also added the line to enable caller ID blocking on the DN but this
does not work and it looks like blocking is on all the time.
 
 
what I want to achieve is..   enable blocking on the system somehow.
Sample user then makes a call to the pstn -- but before making the
call the user types a special code like one would do on some cell
phones. Then the ID displays as private number on the destination
phone. Then -- as an example the person wants to make the next call to
another number he can dial another special code to disble caller id
blocking and the ID will show on the target phone.
 
This basically means the user wants to switch blocking on or off
dynamically from the phone when making calls
