[cisco-voip] Registration to Subscriber

LOL.. I got it resolved.. Didn't have to reboot.. and before you say
so.. yes I am an idiot.. LOL  The Call Manager Service had not started
for some reason.. I restarted the service and it popped right up, all is
well now.  Thanks all!
