[cisco-voip] Maximum number of voicemail ports...???

OK, I opened a TAC case, they said it would be 144 ports per server.

However, CallManager 4.3, 5.0, 5.1 and 6.0 only support a maximum of 96 ports...

(I have confirmed this on all of the above versions of CCM).
