[cisco-voip] CCME GUI adding phones "no phone to add"

The GUI is for most purposes, useless.

Granted, I don't admin CME/CUE, I just stage and deploy... so, the CLI
is where all my config is done.

You can't configure dial-peers, you can't overlay numbers... it is
really quite limited.
