[cisco-voip] IE on xp has delay for CM 6.0

for some reason my IE Browser has a delay when im navigating thru the administration pages.  But went I use a windows 2003 server IE browser its fine.  I've upgraded to 7 and down grade to 6.0 sp 2.  Have anybody else seen this.  By the way my browser works fine on everything else.
